Dr Marcus is extremely professional. Not only did he do an excellent job on my implant, but he was very patient in explaining each step of the procedure to me, which was almost entirely painless. He also easily engaged in conversation, combined a with a dry sense of humor, which quickly put me at ease. His staff is also first-rate; courteous and very effective.They did a fine job of making me "feel at home."
